Industrial safety requirements for the design and safe operation of pressure vessels
Pressure vessels are hermetically sealed containers designed for chemical and thermal processes, as well as for storage and transportation of compressed, liquefied and dissolved gases and liquids under pressure
The requirements for these vessels are regulated by the "Rules of design and safe operation of pressure vessels"
Training in working with pressure vessels is a priority for most workers in the food and oil and gas industry, medical institutions, gas distribution and consumption facilities, as well as the boiler inspection. Vessels that are operated under pressure exceeding 0.007 MPa, are very common in the above enterprises and belong to the technological equipment of increased danger. The smallest malfunctions of vessels, as well as ignorance of the basic rules for their maintenance can lead to irreversible consequences and serious emergencies in enterprises. For this reason, only personnel who have successfully completed the relevant training and medical examination are allowed to work with the above-mentioned vessels
Training takes place on a special program, carefully developed by professionals and approved by the supervisory authorities. It is based on the rules of safe work at responsible industrial facilities operating under pressure
Training program "Industrial safety requirements for the design and safe operation of pressure vessels"
Course objective: familiarization with the rules for the design and safe operation of pressure vessels and industrial safety requirements for equipment operating under pressure
